Regurgitating Our Spring Forecast

Due to our huge downtime with the store lately, I sifted through some of my past posts and found the Spring 2008 forecast. So, just to refresh your memory of what to wear this year, check it out and here are some of the great items we are patiently waiting to add to the store:
Petite polka dots are never out of style and this blouse is so silky and cute - also in navy. Destined to become a fave.
We love black and white prints and this strapless number with flower embroidery is gorgeous. The moodier gray of Fall gives way to softer gray tones for Spring - this basic tunic is ultra comfy.

Psychedelic 70s are in and this print hurts my eyes so much that I love it.
All of these finds are great quality and under $40. Can you believe it?

I love the strapless dress. Unfortunately I don't have any place to wear it to nor do I have a shelf to help keep it on me. LOL!!

hi emily! you are too funny - i don't have any place to wear it either, but it's pretty to look at!

If I was a woman, I would. If I was a CROSSDRESSER, I would. BUT - I don't think your stuff is going to fit me OR my wife. But it's nice to look at, anyway.

I love the second piece! Strapless dresses are so cute. :)

That strapless dress is so up my alley! I just love dresses like that for spring....It can be casual or dressy if you wear the right shoes ;)

I must say, I find absolutely nothing appealing about that first shirt, lol. Okay, partial lie....it'd look good on someone where it'd accentuate their waist...but I'd still think it was ugly, lol. It doesn't help any that the way my screen was tilted, it looked very pink to begin with, so even less appealing.

That strapless dress, though, gorgeous! So flirty. I'm with Emily, though....no where to wear it, lol. Ah well....still cute!

linda - welcome and thanks for commenting!
sandy - you are so right - jeez, everyone seems to like this dress.
jessi - you have me cracking up over here! just goes to show how we all have our preferences - and good eye...yes, this top is meant for someone who is smaller in the waist (intended to be worn with those skinny pencil skirts too)- you'll have to let me know if you still hate it once we get it on a model :)

No, I have nowhere to wear it either sadly. But it is lovely.

I love bold prints and I have always had a thing for polka dots. Everything I own these days seems to be black and white. I think I need to break out into a little colour!

I loved all these things.

hi reluctant - nothing wrong with polka dots and black and white - classy and easy to wear. I love bold prints and colors too, but have to be careful not to get carried away!

It just reminds me too much of "the olden days." And I'm not that fond of "skinny jeans" in the first place, although some people can pull the look off. Put the two together? It'll look like something on a runway that no one will actually wear and it'll fade by next season (like most fashions do, but I don't see this one catching on in everyday wear). *shrugs*

jessi - I am tempted to put on that coral polka dot blouse, find myself a pair of skinny jeans and have you laugh your ass off at the picture of me trying to pull off the look!

~shifty eyes~

I'd be nice about it, hehe. And it's not that I'd laugh at people wearing it....if it's their thing, then whatever floats their boats. I just think it's one time where the fashion industry has tried to pull something out of time and put a twist on it...but forgot the twist part, lol.

jessi - do you ever blog about fashion...because you should, the fugs got nothing on you dear!

*Googles "the fugs"*

Um, I'm guessing you're not talking about the 60's anti-war movement band, right?

Hmm. *Googles "the fugs fashion"*

Oooohhh.

So, um, in short, because I didn't even know who they were (although I recognize them now...I've heard them mentioned here and there, but I don't keep up with 'em), I don't blog about fashion, hehe.

You should blog more fashion mishaps...and then tell people how to fix it, lol.

jessi - exactly...you are one smart chic, but you already knew that :) the fugs were a band, huh? have to check that out...
